ABOUT OUR AGENCYI opened my agency on December 1, 2019, but my path into insurance started much earlier. I was licensed at 19 while in college planning to become a teacher, and although I taught junior high for a few years, I realized my true passion was educating adults on how to protect the income and assets they’ve worked hard to build. That passion led me back into insurance, where I was mentored by the same agent who saw my potential early on and helped prepare me to become an agency owner.
I’m a proud University of Wyoming alum, married to my husband Logan, and we have a son named Lincoln. Outside of work, we love camping, fly fishing, traveling, and cheering on the Pokes, Broncos, and Bills. Giving back is a big part of who we are - I volunteer with Central Wyoming Hospice, often bringing our family and office dog, Poppy, to visit patients. As an office, we support several local causes, including donating snow tires for Child Development Center buses, sponsoring the Children’s Advocacy Project, supporting Jason’s Friends, Relay for Life, Casper Junior Football League, and helping secure a $25,000 grant for Project Kenny in Casper.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Establish and nurture strong customer relationships, following up consistently to support retention and long-term trust.
  • Lead customer conversations using a needs-based review process to educate, influence, and guide customers toward appropriate insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and proactively engage customers to drive growth and positive outcomes.
  • Identify customer needs and market relevant products and services with confidence and clarity.
  • Take ownership of tasks and customer interactions, ensuring follow-through and a high-quality experience from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with team members to align efforts, support shared goals, and contribute to a positive team environment.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs and guiding informed decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, written, verbal, and listening, with the ability to influence and build trust.
  • People-oriented, relationship-driven, and comfortable engaging with a wide range of customers.
  • Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proactive in problem solving, with the discipline to follow through and deliver results.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while taking ownership of individual responsibilities.
Compensation $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
